台灣菸酒公賣局專賣制度實施百年之際，由台北藝術推廣協會首次在松山菸廠辦理文化性活動，在為期十六天的活動中，全新製作《酒神祭》為酒文化節揭開序幕，並於啤酒節當天推出《啤酒國際音樂節》演出，期間匯集了全國優秀表演團體，如明華園、匯川劇場、身聲演繹、古名伸舞蹈團、范宗沛、江之翠劇場等，加上製酒流程、酒品包裝設計等展覽及互動性的親子活動，帶領民眾走入酒的精緻文化，深入前所未有的敘事展現。

2000Centennial tennial Wine Culture Festival in the New Millennium– Songshan Tobacco Plant

For the Taiwan Tobacco and Wine Board’s 100 year anniversary of industry monopoly, TAIA hosted the first cultural event ever held at the Songshan Tobacco Plant.
During the 16-day event, Godot Theatre Company kicked off the festivities with their new work, Dionysia, followed by the Taiwan Beer Festival’s “Beer International Music Festival”, an amalgamative performance of beer culture from around the world.
There were also performances by a number of outstanding performance groups from all over Taiwan, including the Ming Hwa Yuan Taiwanese Opera Company, Head Spring Theatre, Sun Son Theatre, Ku & Dancers, Fan Tsung-pei, and Gang-A Tsui Theatre, etc. Also seen at the festival were exhibitions detailing the wine-making and packaging

processes and interactive activities for parents and children, giving the festival participants a deeper understanding of the culture of wine and its rich history.
